Slovenia celebrates maritime day on March 7th. At that day we evoke maritime policy resolution from year 1991 in which is, among other, stated that Slovenian people was and will be maritime oriented. Maritime day was celebrated on March 04th 2010 in Teater of Koper. Former President of the Republic of Slovenia Mr. Milan Kučan, Minister of Transport Mr. Patrick Vlačič and IMO Secretary-General Mr. Efthimios E. Mitropoulos among the others, attended the ceremony.  To all seamen best wishes at this occasion.
